Goal: Crow Pose on a piling, soon, very soon
Reblogged because 1.) I’m too swamped with work today to pen my own coherent post and,
2.) Because I’m so proud of this woman / envious!
Here is how my Crow goes: Deep breathing. Great levels of psyching up. Leaning Forward. Leaning…and up. UP! 2.3 Seconds of success. SUCCESS! Annnnnd toppling forward on to my face. Laugh, rinse, make eye contact with the other struggling beginners, repeat.
I know, my yoga practice is “exactly where it needs to be.” I know. I know. But you better believe that accomplishing a peaceful, strong Crow Pose is a major goal.
Again, this is sincerely beautiful, L., and I’m in respectful awe.
